About the Program

We know the COVID-19 Pandemic has been a challenge for everyone, especially for those in the restaurant/foodservice industry. Our restaurants and food services are so vital to Madison County’s economy, and they draw both local residents and travelers to our area. In recognition of the importance of this industry and the challenges you’ve faced these past 15 months, we have created Madison Local Eats, a restaurant voucher program that aims to get patrons back through your doors while offering them value as well.

How Does it Work?

When purchasing a gift card (up to $100) online through this program, a customer will receive a one-time use voucher with a unique identifier code and expiration date.  These vouchers may be hard copy or electronic and will be unique to the participating restaurant.  Madison County in turn will be directly reimbursing each restaurant for half of the total of each voucher. Participating restaurants will be given a list of names for those that have purchased a voucher through this program and will be asked to keep a receipt of sale, along with a copy of the voucher or voucher number to provide the County for reimbursement.
